Virtual Staging Roof Terrace Antwerpen

An empty roof terrace in the centre of Antwerp tells a buyer very little. In this virtual staging we filled the outdoor space with a long dining table, loose chairs in olive green and terracotta, a lounge bench with side table, and planting along the walls and the trellis.

The original photograph stayed untouched. The light, the shadows on the paving and the view of the surrounding buildings all come from the shot itself; only the furnishing was added, following exactly the same light direction. A buyer sees what the terrace could be without a single chair being bought or a shoot with rented furniture being arranged.
