Our studio
Studio Renders was born from a simple ambition: to bring architecture and interiors to life as if they already exist. From Rotterdam, where we started in 2018, we have grown into a specialized 3D studio that helps property developers, real estate agents, architects and interior designers present their plans convincingly, even before the first stone is laid. Today we work from the Netherlands with a close network of local and international specialists on projects across Europe.
Studio Renders is led by creative director Ilias and project manager Onno. Ilias translates architectural designs into strong visual stories and safeguards the artistic direction in every image. Onno makes sure that planning, communication and level of detail are always right, so that deadlines are met and expectations are clear. Together they form the fixed point of contact for clients, from the first briefing to the final round of revisions.

Getting to work strategically
How we work
Every project starts with a clear question: what do you want to achieve with these images? Is it a pre-sale campaign for new construction, a pitch for an investor, or an interior concept for a brand? Based on that objective, we determine together the number of images, viewpoints, atmosphere and level of detail. During the process you receive interim versions in which we work out modeling, materialization and lighting step by step. This way you keep maximum control, without having to dive into the software yourself.
We work fully digitally and remotely, but we value personal contact. Short lines via phone, email or WhatsApp ensure that feedback is processed quickly. Thanks to established workflows, we can also realize large projects, such as complete residential blocks or entire retail concepts, on a tight schedule, often within a week or two.

In recent years we have contributed to a wide range of projects: from exclusive city lofts in Rotterdam to large-scale residential districts elsewhere in the Netherlands, from retail concept stores to high-end hospitality interiors. In every project we look for the right balance between commercial appeal and architectural honesty: the images have to seduce, but also match what will actually be delivered.
For many of our regular clients, our renders are used as standard in Funda presentations, sales brochures and pitch documents aimed at investors.
