Exterior Rendering Julianastraat Den Burg

The former gasworks on Julianastraat in Den Burg, with the historic lettering on the gable retained. On the right the new build continues in the same brick, and on the left the street runs on past the existing houses with their pointed gables.

With a conversion the question is always whether old and new can live with each other. This image answers that by putting both in one frame, at eye level from the street. The flowers in the foreground and the people further back give scale, so you see at once how tall the building really is.
