Exterior Rendering Klein Garstmanplantsoen Amsterdam

For a new development on Klein Garstmanplantsoen in Amsterdam we produced this exterior rendering from eye level on the street. The new volume with its deep, pale facade frames sits directly beside the existing brick stepped-gable building, so it is immediately clear how the design relates to its surroundings.

Sun position, cast shadows, the greenery of the trees and the people on the street were added to make scale and atmosphere tangible. Developers use images like this in their applications to the municipality, in conversations with local residents and in sales, long before the first pile goes into the ground.
